A Day in the Life
Ilya plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing the architecture, frontend, and backend of a desktop application for medical organizations. When asked how he’d describe his daily work, Ilya shared:
“I’m a Senior Full-stack .NET Developer on one of the WeGotCode projects. I work on the architecture, the frontend, and the backend of the desktop application for medical organizations.”
What Drives Him
For Ilya, it’s all about the combination of impactful projects and an exceptional team.
“Two things. First, an interesting project that I hope would be helpful for a lot of users. Second, not by significance, the team. The team at WeGotCode is the best team I’ve ever met in my 13 years career. Very professional, very empathetic, always ready to help, and very cool just to chat with.”
Beyond the Code
Outside of work, Ilya is a devoted husband and father. He and his wife have been together for 14 years, and they share the joy (and energy!) of raising their 5-year-old son, Michael.
“Michael’s infinite energy motivates but also a bit confuses me at the same time. I start feeling that I wanna be 5 years old again.”
In his free time, Ilya enjoys caring for two “babies”—his son Michael and his car, lovingly nicknamed Griffin. He’s also a musician, playing both the guitar and accordion, and he continues to deepen his skills through software development and scientific research in optics.
